These Terms of Service govern your use of solqevira.com and any purchase you make from it. The website is owned and operated by Guangzhou Kelaoruisi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Solqevira”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You are responsible for keeping any account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product you receive is not as described, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout; see Payment & Security.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or items being unavailable; if we do, we will refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. In summary:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days and international shipping 7–21 business days.
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $36 or more; a flat $3.99 standard shipping rate applies below that.
- We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellation depends on the fulfilment status of the order and cannot be guaranteed.
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers pay the applicable return shipping for preference-based returns; where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, or another error is ours, we provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, and are normally issued to the original payment method.
6. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use its content for unlawful purposes. All text, images and designs on solqevira.com belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Product use
Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and supervise your pet when introducing new items. Our products are not veterinary devices; consult a veterinarian about any health concern.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
