Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

How to track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from solqevira.com.
2. Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier’s website.
3. Allow a little time after the email for the first tracking scan to appear.

Need help?

If you cannot find your email, tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time after dispatch (standard 3–7 business days, international 7–21 business days), email service@solqevira.com with your order number and we will look into it.
