Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please email service@solqevira.com with your order number as soon as possible. We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, so early requests are most likely to succeed.

Cancellation is subject to the fulfilment status of your order and cannot be guaranteed. There is no cancellation fee.

• Not yet processed for shipping: we cancel the order and refund the full amount, including shipping, normally to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Already processed or shipped: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred or payment cannot be verified. In that case you receive a full refund.
