Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Solqevira purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on solqevira.com, operated by Guangzhou Kelaoruisi Information Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
2. Condition of returned items
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
3. How to request a return
Email service@solqevira.com with:
- your order number;
- the item(s) you want to return;
- the reason for the return; and
- photos or videos where relevant (required for damaged, defective or incorrect items).
4. Return address
Please do not send returns to our business registration address. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions. Parcels sent to an address we did not provide may not be received or processed.
5. Return shipping costs
- Change of mind / personal preference: customers are responsible for the applicable return shipping costs for preference-based returns.
- Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different items, or other errors on our side: we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged, we recommend that you report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, so we can resolve it quickly. This is a recommendation only and does not shorten or limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, and are normally issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item).
8. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order cancellations
We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellation depends on the fulfilment status of the order and cannot be guaranteed. See our Cancellation Policy.
