Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, click “Add to cart”, then go to the cart and check out. You will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email service@solqevira.com with your order number as soon as possible. We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellation depends on the fulfilment status of the order and cannot be guaranteed; once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned. Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days and international shipping 7–21 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $36 or more; a flat $3.99 standard shipping rate applies below that.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. See Order Tracking.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email us first; we will give you the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the applicable return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive, inspect and approve the return, and are normally issued to your original payment method. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with your order number and photos. We recommend reporting transit damage within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly; this does not shorten or limit any rights you have under applicable law. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, or any other error on our side, we provide a replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost to you.
